Small-Group Yoga Therapy
for Late-Identifying Autistic Adults
Trauma-Informed, Neurodiversity-Affirming & Accessible Online Yoga Therapy
Join us for a therapeutic yoga group for late-identifying autistic adults, offering steady, embodied support.
This is an online yoga therapy group for late-identifying autistic adults, grounded in trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming care. It’s designed for practical nervous system support in daily life, with options for pacing, sensory load, and camera on/off participation.
Some participants join on their own, while others participate alongside counselling, occupational therapy, or other healthcare support.
Thursdays at 7:00pm - 8:00pm PDT
Next cohort starting May 21st, 2026

Who This is For
This group is designed for late-identifying autistic adults who are looking for:
• steady, embodied support
• a neurodivergent-affirming space
• gentle nervous system regulation practices
• a consistent weekly rhythm
Participants may be navigating things like:
• burnout or chronic stress and/or anxiety
• sensory overwhelm
• difficulty slowing down or resting
• reconnecting with their body after years of masking
• wanting gentle nervous system support without pressure to perform
You do not need yoga experience.
How the group works
What To Expect
This is a low-pressure, choice-based environment designed to support nervous system steadiness.
You are welcome to:
-
Join with camera on or off
-
Participate through movement, rest, or observation
-
Modify or skip any practice
-
Take breaks whenever needed
-
Small group size (6-10 people)
Practices may include gentle movement, breath awareness, grounding techniques, and sensory-friendly ways to support your nervous system.
Before the group begins, participants will receive a short intake and consent form. This helps me understand things like injuries, chronic pain, sensory needs, or other considerations so sessions can be designed with participants in mind. In some cases, it may also help identify when 1:1 support might be a better fit.
If you prefer not to speak during the session, you are welcome to send messages in the chat at any time.
Participants will also receive a brief “how to prepare” email with simple suggestions for setting up a comfortable space for the session.
No previous yoga experience is required.

“I appreciated that I could keep my camera off, move slowly, and not feel pressured to do anything that didn’t feel right. It was one of the first movement spaces where I didn’t feel like I had to mask.”
