VANCOUVER DATES COMING SOON! STRUGGLING WITH ANXIETY? Join this small group therapeutic yoga series for female- identifying folks, inclusive of: - 60-Minute Sessions with gentle therapeutic movement, beginner-friendly meditation and breathwork - Practices to support common symptoms of anxiety such as stress, fatigue, mood swings, sleep disturbances and difficulty concentrating - Suggestions of practices to support individualized needs based on intake form and in-class observations/discussions - Education on mind-body-spirit connection from Yogic and Modern Science perspectives BENEFITS - Learn yogic practices and philosophies to support self-regulation and encourage self-care while initiating long-term change - Gain an understanding of the physiology behind anxiety in support of self-regulation - Support mood, relaxation and improve ability to cope with symptoms of anxiety - Leave with tools to use ‘off the mat’ such as movement, breathwork, meditations and journaling prompts
